丘尚知，男，1988年11月生，厦门大学管理学院助理教授，博士毕业于美国普渡大学酒店与旅游管理学院，主攻乡村旅游、旅游心理学、旅游与健康等领域。硕士毕业于香港理工大学酒店与旅游管理学院，主攻国际旅游、消费行为、跨文化管理等领域。其研究成果发表在国际高水平学术期刊11篇，其中旅游与酒店领域国际A类期刊4篇，SSCI期刊 6篇，包括《Annals of Tourism Research》和《International Journal of Hospitality Research》等权威杂志。
